Terms of Service

1. The service

Iron Passport provides gym discovery, directory, map, comparison, and travel-training features. Optional account features include saved gyms, Passport stamps, reviews, photos, and personalized results. Gym owners can submit or claim listings, manage verified information, and use optional paid tools. Some gyms may offer guest passes through Iron Passport or through an external website.

Features may change, be tested with a limited group, or be discontinued. We may also set reasonable limits to protect the service from abuse or excessive automated use.

2. Directory information and fitness decisions

We work to verify traveler-relevant facts, but gym listings can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Prices, hours, equipment, policies, availability, and travel times can change without notice. Confirm details with the gym when they are important to your plans.

Rankings, reviews, and recommendations are informational. They are not medical, fitness, safety, or travel advice and do not guarantee that a facility, workout, or neighborhood is appropriate for you. You are responsible for your own health, safety, travel, and training decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, be legally able to agree to these terms, and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification before granting account access, gym ownership, or data-request rights.

4. Guest passes, payments, and refunds

External offers and requests

Some buttons send you to a gym or another third-party service, or send a pass request rather than completing a sale. Their terms and privacy policy govern that interaction, and Iron Passport is not a party to the external transaction.

Passes sold through Iron Passport

For a pass sold through a connected Stripe account, the named gym is the seller and is responsible for admission, facility operation, and fulfillment. Stripe processes the payment. Iron Passport operates the marketplace flow and may receive a disclosed referral or platform fee from the gym.

Before checkout, you must accept the gym's versioned pass and refund terms. Those offer-specific terms are part of your purchase and control eligibility, visit dates, entry rules, cancellations, and refunds. The amount and currency shown at checkout are the amount you authorize. Keep your receipt and order access link private.

If a pass is not delivered or honored, contact the gym and Iron Passport support with your order ID. Refunds are handled under the accepted offer terms and applicable law; eligibility is not guaranteed merely because plans changed or a traveler did not attend.

5. Gym listings and owner tools

If you submit or claim a gym, you represent that you are authorized to provide its information and manage the listing. You agree to keep prices, hours, guest policies, contact details, and offers accurate; honor valid passes sold by your connected account; and comply with applicable laws and the terms shown to buyers.

Claiming a listing does not transfer ownership of public facts or guarantee placement. Paid gym features do not buy an undisclosed organic ranking. Additional checkout terms shown for a gym plan or connected payment account also apply to that product.

6. Reviews, photos, and other content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and that it is accurate to your experience. You grant Iron Passport a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to operate and promote the feature where you submitted it. For listing-photo uploads, the specific rights option shown controls whether that photo is site-only or may also be used with credit on social media and in paid promotion.

Gym-page reviews and listing photos are subject to moderation before display on those surfaces. Passport shares are created at the user's direction and may become available to anyone with the share link without prior review. We may reject, unpublish, or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, unsafe, infringes rights, exposes private information, or otherwise harms the service or community. You can remove review text and certain Passport content through available controls or ask us about other content through the Contact page.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights, or impersonate someone;
• submit fake reviews, claims, prices, locations, photos, or payment information;
• probe, bypass, or disrupt security, rate limits, access controls, or account boundaries;
• use malware, scraping, or automation that burdens the service or ignores published controls;
• resell, forge, duplicate, or misuse a pass, receipt, order link, or Passport share token; or
• use the service to harass people, spam gyms, or collect personal information without permission.

8. Iron Passport materials

The Iron Passport name, branding, software, site design, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. Public facts about gyms remain facts, and gym owners retain their own marks and content.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on and links to third parties such as gyms, payment processors, maps, authentication providers, and social networks. We do not control their availability, content, security, or conduct. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its terms. Links do not imply endorsement.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access, remove content, revoke a listing claim, or cancel an offer when reasonably necessary to address a terms violation, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, harm to users or gyms, or service shutdown. Rights and obligations that logically continue after termination—including payment, content-license, disclaimer, and liability provisions—will survive.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Passport is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that a gym will be open, safe, suitable, or willing to admit you.

12. Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Passport is not liable for a gym's or linked service's acts or omissions, personal injury caused by a workout or facility, travel costs, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
