- Get listed. If your gym is not in the directory yet, add it — name, city, contact, day-pass price. About two minutes.
- Verify and claim.Find your gym's page (start from your city guide) and use the “Own this gym? Claim your listing” link on it. We confirm you control the gym's contact channel, then you own the listing.
- Correct the details. Hours, pass pricing, guest policy, amenities, photos. Accurate day-pass pricing is the single biggest driver of walk-ins from this site.
- Upgrade to Gym Pro from your account when you want to sell passes through Iron Passport and see what your listing is actually converting.
Why gyms bother
A traveler is the best-margin customer a gym has: they use one shower, they do not queue for the squat rack at 6pm every weekday, and they pay retail. The problem has always been reaching them during the two days they are deciding. That is the only thing Iron Passport does.

Yes. Listing a gym on Iron Passport is free and stays free. Travelers search for free too — there is no consumer paywall, so your listing is visible to everyone.
What does Gym Pro cost?
Gym Pro is $29.99 per month, billed monthly, cancel any time. It is the only paid product for gyms. There are no listing fees, no setup fees, and no long-term contract.
Can I pay for a better ranking?
No. Ranking is based on verified, traveler-relevant facts — whether a day pass is confirmed, its price, and evidence-backed quality scores. Gym Pro adds pass sales, Partner placement that is clearly labeled as such, and analytics. It does not move you up the organic list.
How do I prove I own the gym?
Find your gym's page in the directory and use the claim link on it. Verification confirms you control the gym's listed contact channel; once approved you can edit hours, pricing, and details, and upgrade to Gym Pro from your account.
