Marketplace Seller Disclosure

For a pass bought through a connected Stripe checkout, the named gym is the merchant and seller; Iron Passport supplies the software and may receive a referral fee from the gym.

1. Identify the seller before paying

A pass offer names the gym and branch providing access. That named gym—not BearDuckHornEmpire LLC—is the merchant and seller for a connected-gym pass. The gym sets the offer-specific price, validity, admission, cancellation, and refund terms and is responsible for operating the facility and honoring a valid fulfilled pass.

Stripe processes hosted payments as direct charges on the gym's connected Stripe account. The gym receives the charge, subject to Stripe's processing fees and any referral fee the gym has agreed to pay Iron Passport. Iron Passport does not add a separate traveler fee unless it is expressly itemized before purchase.

2. Iron Passport's role

For a hosted pass, Iron Passport may:

display the gym's offer and current terms;
collect the details needed to start the gym's Stripe Checkout;
record the order and accepted terms version;
relay fulfillment details and provide a secure order page;
provide support and, where enabled, refund tooling for the gym; and
collect a contracted referral fee from the gym.

Iron Passport does not operate the gym, supervise workouts, control front-desk staffing, or guarantee that a facility is suitable for a particular traveler. Nothing here limits obligations or traveler rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

3. Other pass buttons work differently

Gym or third-party checkout

Some buttons open the gym's website or another checkout provider. The destination identifies the seller and controls that transaction. Iron Passport does not collect that payment; review the destination's terms and privacy notice before continuing.

Pass request

A request is not a purchase, reservation, or promise of admission. No payment is collected through the request form. The gym must contact the traveler and confirm any availability, price, and entry terms.

4. Gym responsibilities

A gym publishing a pass represents that it is authorized to sell access for the named branch. It must keep its identity, contact information, price, taxes, pass terms, staffed-entry requirements, refund policy, and fulfillment instructions accurate; maintain any required licenses and insurance; protect buyer information; and honor or properly refund valid purchases under its accepted terms and applicable law.

Iron Passport may pause an offer when ownership, payment readiness, fulfillment, safety, or policy compliance cannot be verified. Paid partner placement is labeled and does not buy an undisclosed organic ranking.

5. Receipts, statements, and support

The offer, checkout copy, order page, and receipt should identify the same gym branch as seller. A card statement descriptor may use the gym's configured Stripe information. Keep the private order link and order ID secure.

For admission, fulfillment, cancellation, or refund help, contact the named gym and Iron Passport support. See the dedicated Cancellation and Refund Policy and include the order ID, gym name, and visit date in a request sent through the Contact page. Never email full card details or a private order link.
