PureGym

PureGym is a no-frills, high-density training floor built around accessibility rather than atmosphere. Walk in and you'll find a dedicated cardio zone stocked with treadmills, rowing machines, stationary bikes, and cross trainers, alongside a separate free weights area with dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, and a Smith machine. Cable machines, a leg press, and a chest press round out the resistance options, while a functional training area and stretching zone sit off to the side for mobility work and warm-downs. Changing rooms, showers, and lockers are on-site, and the 24/7 access means the floor is available at any hour.

Sitting in East London, this location suits travelers who want straightforward, equipment-heavy sessions without ceremony or commitment — no contract is required. It won't appeal to anyone looking for boutique touches, spa recovery, or guided programming, but for a visitor who simply needs reliable kit at an accessible price point, PureGym delivers exactly that. Day pass pricing isn't listed publicly, so checking the website before arriving is worth the extra step.
