Fitness First

Fitness First is a chain gym offering a structured, no-frills training environment built around the essentials: cardio machines, free weights, resistance machines, and a dedicated stretching area. The atmosphere follows the functional, organized style typical of European fitness chains — expect clean lines, clearly zoned equipment sections, and a clientele that generally comes in with a plan and gets to work. Changing rooms and lockers are on-site, covering the basics for anyone coming from elsewhere in the city.

Day pass pricing isn't listed here, so calling ahead or checking the gym's website before showing up is worth the two minutes — drop-in policies can vary between locations. Fitness First suits a traveler who wants a dependable, familiar gym setup without surprises, particularly someone whose priority is strength training or steady-state cardio during a Munich stay. Those hoping for recovery amenities like saunas or pools should look elsewhere, as none are listed for this location.
